How do I know what size hockey skates to order?
Hockey skates typically run 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than your standard shoe size. We recommend consulting our detailed sizing chart on each product page for specific brand measurements.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been used on the ice are not eligible for return.
Do you offer stick blade curving or skate sharpening services?
Currently, we sell all skates with a factory edge and sticks with standard manufacturer curves. We recommend visiting a local pro shop for custom sharpening or profiling to match your skating style.
How long does shipping take for heavy items like goals and bags?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Oversized items like hockey goals or heavy wheel bags may require an additional 2 days for processing and specialized freight handling.
Are the helmets CSA and HECC certified?
Yes, all hockey helmets sold on our store meet the safety standards set by the CSA and HECC. Certification stickers are located on the back of each helmet for league verification.
